Agree or disagree:   "Doing what you love means dealing with things you don't." -- David Shore

  1. I hate meetings, but I like teaching. Part of teaching is going to meetings. This means I have to grit my teeth through many meetings to get to the part of the job I enjoy.

    1. I have similar feeling about the being a lifeguard. I hate doing dirty work, like cleaning the bathrooms but, I really enjoy being outside and around people all day. There are some things that you just have to live with.

  2. I completely agree with this qoutation. I feel that sometimes people will have to go through life doing something they don't like, all for something they love. For example, maybe you have a job that you love or that you're really good at. However, you hate your boss or one of your co-workers. If you're doing something you really enjoy, then you will try to see past the small things that frustrate you. In the end it will end up okay because you're doing something that makes you happy, with only a minor upset.

    1. I completely agree. If you love what you do, then the small issues should not matter

  3. I agree with this quotation. If you're doing what you love to do then you are ultimately going to deal with things that you don't love. If you truely love what you're doing, you won't mind that you have to do the things you're not as fond of. Everything you do has it's pro's and it's con's.

  4. I agree with this quote. Sometimes what you love to do can have some down sides to it. If you really enjoy doing it though then it shouldn't matter if about the few issues that you have with it. Your doing something because of your love for it and nothing should be able to get in the way of that. If it does, then you might not truly love what your doing.
